Your branding is your customer’s first interaction with your brand. Digital branding includes a brand identity package.
Brand identity includes a logo design, a six color palette that will be used to represent the brand on the web and in print, as well as primary and secondary font selections, and patterns for website use. Brand identity must be in place prior to beginning the web design process.
The brand logos cover a full logo design, square logo design, and logo icon design. The full logo is typically wider. This is the primary logo used for the business’ branding. The square version of the logo will be used on third party websites to represent the brand on business marketing pages. It may be also used on secondary pages of the site or print collateral material. The brand logo icon is used for the brand favicon or other small representations of the brand online.
To begin the brand identity process, I meet with clients to discuss their brand inspiration. We’ll start with brainstorming a mood board together to define the direction the brand will go in.
